When you submit a quote request or contact us by email, we may collect your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, target port, tire sizes, quantities, application details, certification needs and related commercial requirements.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your RFQ, prepare technical and commercial responses, discuss product availability, plan export documentation, and follow up on wholesale tire programs.
Business confidentiality
Private-label details, pricing discussions, volume plans, customer names and sourcing information are treated as business-confidential information. We do not publish buyer identities, quotes, shipment data or testimonials without permission.
Sharing information
We may share necessary RFQ or shipment information with internal staff, production partners, logistics providers, inspection providers or documentation partners when required to respond to your request or process an order.
Retention
RFQ and order communications may be retained for commercial records, warranty review, repeat-order support, compliance documentation and customer service.
