Buyer and fleet guidance
For US commercial fleets, the highest-volume fitments commonly include 295/75R22.5, 11R22.5, 11R24.5 and 285/75R24.5. The correct product still depends on axle position, route, speed, load, climate and removal policy. A fuel-conscious steer tire used in line haul needs different shoulder stability and heat management from a deep open-shoulder drive tire operating on regional roads. We review those conditions before recommending a tread family.
Fleet performance is influenced by inflation discipline, alignment, wheel-end condition, dual matching and driver behavior. Our technical discussion therefore covers the operating system around the tire. For controlled evaluations, buyers should record starting tread depth, pressure practice, route, payload, removal mileage, remaining tread and casing disposition. That produces a defensible cost-per-mile comparison instead of an anecdotal result.
Export and manufacturing
Wholesale programs can combine steer, drive and trailer fitments, subject to production minimums and completion timing. Export documentation is prepared around the confirmed SKU list and destination. Canadian, Australian and UK programs require separate marking and importer reviews.
Manufacturing controls cover compound batches, prepared-component dimensions, tire building, curing identity, visual inspection and product-program testing. Buyers may request current technical data, available compliance documents, loading estimates and third-party pre-shipment inspection terms.
